Shipping policy

At Aisling Meilleur, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes:

Aisling Meilleur ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

International Shipping:

Keep up with your international shipment with USPS International Tracking. The USPS provides different levels of package tracking for international packages depending on the mail class.

UPS offers unprecedented flexibility and expanded geographic coverage for international shipments. Choose from three guaranteed, time-definite international delivery options (Some restrictions and limitations apply to the UPS delivery options).

DHL Express provides up-to-date tracking information on the location of your shipment as it moves through the network. DHL Tracking numbers also referred to as waybill numbers, are used to identify and follow your shipments’ movement through there network. Rates and transit times are based upon the services requested and the final destination of each shipment.

Additional fees may apply:

Aisling Meilleur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Damages:

Aisling Meilleur is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

If you provide an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that your order is refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
